Two way voice is a hands free method of communication between your home and a representative at our monitoring center by use of a speaker located on your system's key pad. When the system detects an intrusion the speaker and microphone are activated to enable you, the homeowner to communicate directly with our central monitoring station. At this time, the representative will then request your confidential pass code and listen in for the answer. If the intruder doesn't respond or gives the wrong pass code, the operator will continue to listen into the home through the panel while dispatching the authorities to a confirmed emergency.
The Lynx's Two-Way communication feature allows you to answer the phone from the alarm panel, call into the alarm panel for remote control access and use the system as a speaker phone to talk to your children and communicate with the sick or elderly that cannot make it to the phone.
With solid features and robust system capabilities, you'll find the vista panel to be an ideal choice for your hard-wired home. Unlike any other system the vista expands up to forty-eight protection zones while giving you the freedom to use both hard-wire and or wireless expansions. In the case that your system is triggered, a representative from our monitoring station will call you at your home within seconds knowing precisely what zone was triggered and when. The Vista's unique load shed feature saves batteries during extended power outages, therefore reducing service calls. The vista also includes a message center, allowing family members to record and receive voice messages at the keypad.
